All financial transactions will be done through third parties such as Amazon, PayPal or QuickBooks. We will not store any of your financial personal information, such as credit card information, which will be collected by the third-party payment processor and be subject to their respective privacy policies. If you submit credit card information to us in any printed form, such as a printed account application or printed automatic payment enrollment form, then once we enter the information you supply to us into the third-party processor application, we will destroy the printed document.
  2. We limit access to of your personal information to our employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, and vendors on a “need to know” basis.
  3. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
